Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement a people and talent strategy aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and values.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through effective talent acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
- Establish and enforce HR policies and practices in compliance with local regulations and global best practices.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Develop competency frameworks and lead performance management initiatives to drive organizational excellence.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team, offering coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead recruitment efforts and nurture talent within the department.
Operational HR Management:
- Oversee employee life cycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Drive HR digitization efforts to enhance workflow automation and employee experience.
- Manage payroll, compliance, and HR analytics to ensure operational efficiency and statutory adherence.
Facilities Management:
- Supervise office infrastructure, utilities, housekeeping, and procurement functions.
- Ensure workplace safety, environmental sustainability, and operational efficiency in all facilities-related areas.
- Drive initiatives to enhance workplace experience with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development:
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that prioritizes employee well-being.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, grievance redressal mechanisms, and team-building activities.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at all organizational levels.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of HR and facilities professionals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to align HR and administrative functions with business objectives.
- Establish clear performance metrics and accountability frameworks to ensure a results-driven environment.
Professional Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in managing HR functions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Experience in facilities management or operational leadership is highly desirable.
