Mission of the Role:

Create engaging, high-quality content to establish PlanetSpark as a leader in communication skills and drive organic growth across platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy:

Develop a comprehensive content strategy to cater to various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and others.

Establish a consistent brand tone and voice across all formats and platforms.

2. Content Creation:

Ideate and produce compelling content, including blogs, videos, social media posts, podcasts, and articles, to engage and attract the target audience.

Plan and execute daily and weekly content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of quality content.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for seamless content production and alignment with business goals.

3. Platform Optimization:

Optimize content for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Research and incorporate trends, keywords, and best practices for effective audience targeting.

4. Performance Tracking:

Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor content performance metrics such as views, engagement, and lead generation.

Derive actionable insights from performance data to refine and improve future content.
