Looking to hire head of HR Technology and Analytics
The position will be responsible for:
- Primarily overseeing the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of SAP SuccessFactors for HR modules globally. The role involves driving digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support team, implementation partners to ensure the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors modules. This individual will be a key player in driving HR technology initiatives, optimizing business processes, and enhancing user experience across the enterprise.
- HR Analytics - creating a practice / function that automates reports around people metrics and provides intelligent actional insights to key stakeholders
Qualification
- Overall 14+ years of experience with experience in compensation and analytics, and in implementing/Support SuccessFactors or other HRMS platforms
- Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function
- Experience with SuccessFactors configuration and implementation
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with other HR and enterprise systems (SAP, third-party tools)
