Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Sales Manager to drive the growth of our staffing services across the US. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of the staffing industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's market presence, penetrate new markets, and achieve growth objectives in the US staffing industry.

- Business Development: Personally engage in high-level business development activities to secure key accounts and drive new business opportunities, while also guiding your team in their business development efforts.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Provide a consultative approach to understand client needs and offer tailored staffing solutions.

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and remain competitive in the staffing industry.

- P&L Management: Oversee the sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure the profitability of the staffing business. Develop revenue forecasts and sales projections to align with business goals.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure the effective fulfilment of client staffing needs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Present findings to senior management and recommend areas for improvement.

- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while delivering value to the client. Close deals and ensure proper implementation of service agreements.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in staffing sales, with at least 5 years in the US staffing market.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, including client demands, market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.

- Sales Skills: Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, financial data, and performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.

- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software to monitor sales performance and maintain client records.

- Network: A strong network within the staffing industry is a plus.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Work Location: Bangalore preferred. Open for remote work.
