- Product & Service Development: Lead the development of innovative IT solutions tailored to the BFSI industry's evolving needs.

- Sales & Business Development: Identify opportunities, craft winning strategies, and drive revenue growth through effective sales efforts.

- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and ensure competitiveness.

Qualifications:

- Education: BE/BTech + MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.

- Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in IT solutions, with a strong preference for BFSI domain expertise.

- In-depth understanding of business processes, regulatory frameworks, digital transformation, and technology requirements in BFSI.

- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and achieving business milestones.
