Job Profile:
Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration and expand the company's footprint nationally. Lead a team of sales professionals, set ambitious targets, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and improve sales analytics, Develop go-to-market strategies for new regions, Analyse market trends, customer's preferences, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities to maximize sales potential.
- Team Management- Recruit, train and manage a high performing sales team, providing mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations, Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor their progress.
- Revenue Generation- Drive revenue growth by effectively managing and expanding the sales pipeline, Maintain strong relationship with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Sales Operations- Implement and optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity, Collaborate with other departments such as product development, technical support and deployment in terms of driving deep engagement with school stakeholders, resulting in better retention of schools and upsell/cross-sell of products.
- CSat- Increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction by addressing customer needs, their pain points, and feedback through regular interactions.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/B.E./Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field with MBA from a reputed institution.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a national or regional sales team, preferably in the Edtech/IT sales industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Successful track record of planning and rolling out Go-to-market strategies.
- Experience with both inside and outside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with sales analytical tools.
Location- South Delhi
Additional requirement:
- Willingness to travel as per the need.
- Early joiners preferred.
- ERP sales experience is mandatory.
