Position - Business Development Manager ( US IT Product Sales BDM )

Location - Noida Sector- 62, C51, Near - Sector 59 Metro Station

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00PM to 4:00AM ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for SaaS products in the US market.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and product positioning strategies.
  
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer needs assessment to inform sales strategy development.
  
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance metrics to stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in IT software sales or a related field.
  
• Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals in the US market.
  
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales principles and industry trends.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
