Job Title: Business Development Executive/ Senior Business Development Executive /Assistant Manager.

- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our product offerings.

- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to maximize revenue and market share.

- The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in SaaS sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.

- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, resellers, and technology partners to drive mutual growth and market penetration.

- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.

- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to drive coordinated efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in SaaS sales and business development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, market dynamics, and sales strategies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels.

- Experience in negotiating and closing complex sales deals.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Package: Upto 9 LPA ( In hand ).

Job Location: Electronic City, Phase 4, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday off).

Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm.

Experience: 2- 4 Years
