Sales Execution:
- Drive sales of interior building materials across assigned territories.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring profitability and long-term client retention.
Market Development:
- Identify new business opportunities in government and infrastructure sectors.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Field Sales Management:
- Regularly engage in field sales activities, ensuring on-ground insights and active presence in the market.
- Support the sales team in critical negotiations and deal closures.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 12+ years of proven sales experience in the building materials industry.
Industry Connections:
- Strong network with government bodies (PWD, CPWD) and professionals like architects and interior designers.
Product Expertise:
- Extensive experience in selling interior products in current or past roles.
Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
