Company Overview:
GTMDialogues is a GTM focused community and scale-up platform for B2B companies. Build with a larger mission to "help B2B startups scale" and spread the impact to the long tail of founders. The strategy is to engage deeply with the B2B community and create a strong knowledge base, network and expertise around the B2B tech landscape.
GTMDialogues started as a small community with its activities at Pune and after establishing itself as the largest SaaS community at Pune, it has now started expanding activities in cities including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. The community today has outreach to 20,000+ SaaS focused audiences.
As a part of its scale up platform, it has started two practices in house. One of the practices is Investment Banking practice wherein the practice will be focused on helping early stage B2B startups raise their first cheque through investors.
The 2nd practice that we have recently started is Inbound Marketing practice wherein the practice will be focused on setting up an inbound demand generation engine for early stage founders.

Role Description:
GTMDialogues is looking to onboard a Business Development Manager (Full-time). The role of the person includes:
- Manage end to end pipeline related to community sponsorship.
- Work with the management to identify target segment, perform outreach, present our offerings and perform commercial negotiations and once customer is onboarded manage relationship.
- Manage pipeline related to Scale up practices of GTMDialogues. Work with the practice leaders to closely manage their pipeline and provide them the required support in the due process.
- Maintain the CRM systems of various customer pipelines and keep them up to date and generate various reports as required by the team.
Expected skills:
- The individual should be very strong in communication and presentation skills.
- The individual should have previously been exposed to sales and business development and have worked on quotas.
- The individual should enjoy networking and should be excited about helping community members.
- The individual should be high on organizational skills, attention to details and process oriented.
- The individual should be exposed to working and managing CRM systems.
