Mobiloitte - Manager - Business Development (1-2 yrs)

Mobiloitte is looking for an experienced- Business Development Manager- to drive growth in- IT services, including- app development, web development, blockchain, and AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the industry, the ability to generate leads, and experience in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services.

- Present and promote Mobiloitte's- app, web, blockchain, and AI solutions- to potential clients.

- Implement lead generation strategies, including cold calling and email outreach.

- Leverage- LinkedIn- for networking and lead generation.

Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Identify client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of- Business Development Executives.

- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.

- Foster a- collaborative and goal-oriented- team environment.

Strategic Planning & Analysis:.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
