Job Title: Technical Project Manager.

Experience: 9+ years.

Key Responsibilities.

Project & Team Management:

- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of developers and QA professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

- Allocate resources, set project priorities, and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.

- Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk management logs.

- Drive the adoption of best practices, ensuring optimal team performance and continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership:

- Translate project requirements into actionable development tasks and milestones.

- Provide hands-on guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.

- Collaborate closely with team members working on Node.js, MongoDB, and React.js/Nexjs to resolve challenges and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

- Oversee manual testing processes and QA activities, ensuring the delivery of bug-free, high-quality applications.

Domain Expertise:

- Work with game designers and stakeholders to incorporate technical solutions into gaming applications seamlessly.

- Keep abreast of advancements in gaming technologies, particularly Web 3.0, and assess their potential integration.

Required Qualifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on managing software development teams.

- Demonstrable technical proficiency in:.

o Backend: Node.js.

o Database: MongoDB.

o Frontend: React.js/Next.js.

o Testing: Manual QA processes and tools.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate diverse teams.

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including resource planning, task delegation, and risk management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications.

- Hands-on experience in the gaming industry, with knowledge of game development processes and tools.

- Familiarity with Web 3.0 concepts such as blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), and NFTs.

- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies or project management (PMP/Prince2).

- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
