Position - Business Development Manager ( IT Product Sales BDM )

Location - Noida Sector 62 ( On-Site )

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00pm to 4:00am ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions using software products to meet those needs.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing) to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends.
  
• Manage sales pipeline from initial contact to close, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the process.
  
• Analyze market data to identify target accounts and develop strategies for approaching them.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in IT industry.
  
• Strong understanding of SaaS Sales, It Product Sales, It Solution Sales, Software Solution Sales concepts.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
