About Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional with a proven ability to open new accounts, establish and manage strong relationships, and drive growth in the India market. The focus will be on engaging with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) to showcase our solutions and build long-term partnerships. This role carries specific sales revenue targets and requires a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
New Account Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Engage with decision-makers and influencers to position the company as a preferred partner.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients at multiple levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
Growth Enablement:
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized offerings and exceed client expectations.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide feedback to product and solutions teams to align offerings with market needs.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with delivery, marketing, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and reports.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Experience: 8+ years in IT services/product sales with a proven track record in acquiring new business and managing large accounts. Experience working with GCCs is highly preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals with senior stakeholders. Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the GCC ecosystem, IT services industry, and emerging technology trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
