Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Indian market, targeting mid-sized to large enterprises.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and target accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs) at target accounts.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales through their networks.
- Develop and manage channel partner relationships, providing them with the necessary support and resources.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
- Understand client needs and proactively identify and propose relevant solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity domains.
- Leverage market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Business Development within the Indian IT industry.
- 5+ years of proven success in selling Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity services in the Indian market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, with a history of achieving revenue goals exceeding INR 2 Crores.
- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close deals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling Managed Services to mid-sized and large enterprises.
- Strong network of contacts within the Indian IT industry.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and other sales enablement tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
