Niva Bupa - Agency Director (2-4 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Director to join our team in Chennai.

In this role, you will play a vital role in managing and growing the agency's business by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating a team of insurance agents, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including agent recruitment, training, and development.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual agents and the overall agency.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

- Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to promote Niva Bupa's products and services.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Insurance Sales or Agency Management with a strong track record of success.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of health insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Certifications in Insurance or Sales Management are a plus
