Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit IRDA-licensed agents from Life and General Insurance companies who are looking to increase their income by adding health insurance to their portfolio.
- This includes identifying potential agents, explaining the benefits of partnering with Niva Bupa, and onboarding new recruits.
- Manage a team of agents, providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Collaborate with our training department to enhance agent capabilities.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate performance expectations, track progress, provide feedback, and motivate agents to achieve and exceed targets.
- Work collaboratively with the team to generate new business, developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market reach and increase customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Ensure that all agents adhere to IRDA regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development programs to keep agents updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Post Graduation/Graduation .
Experience: Leadership/Mentorship experience is a must.
- Experience in sales or business development is highly preferred.
- An IRDA-licensed Chief Life Advisor with a minimum of 5 active agents is also a strong fit.

- Knowledge: Knowledge of the health insurance industry is a plus
