Key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving Sales Volume & Revenue Goals by Business Development and Account management
- Large ready contacts base - multiple customer relationship in place
- CDMO business with ready tech packs & International sales only (not interested in domestic CSM)
- Formulating strategies to identify unexplored markets/ customers/ segments for business expansion and diversification - including new products identification
- Leverage industry contacts and increase company visibility & acceptance in the market
- Managing activities pertaining to preliminary negotiating deals (commercial) with the vendors/ suppliers/ global customers
- Partnerships and alliances with focus on long term revenue growth
- Maintain high level of compliance in accordance with the organizational standard and policies
- Consistent evaluation of market conditions & trends and monitor competitor's activity - products, pricing, marketing techniques
- Collecting information and intelligence by participating in trade shows, meetings with business executives and prospective partners
- Define targets & allocate responsibilities to the team and monitor their performance against the agreed target
- Define & align activities with the Company technical teams in R&D and Production
