Vice President/Plant Head - Operations (15-26 yrs)

1. Responsible for overall operation covering all Operations functions like Shop floor production, New Product Development, Production planning, Materials management, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, Administration, Compliance ,Industrial Relation, Finance and Accounts

2. Strategize business expansion for all the manufacturing Units and manage Profit & Loss Account, Budget, CAPEX etc.

3. Lead the Planning, Implementation of changes to technology, Machinery and Equipment, Process Methodology, Direction of Quality Assurance and Control Systems & Reporting procedures.

4. Review and analyse gaps in performance and capability of manufacturing and business requirement, track inefficiencies and resolve issues by integrating sales, manufacturing, sourcing and logistics.

5. Optimal utilization of resources to reduce cost, competitive pricing, improve quality and strategically deliver competitive products.

6. Integrated approach across all the plants to ensure better cost efficiencies through better utilization of inventory and processes

7. Recruit, Lead and Motivate a team to achieve growth in line with business plans.

8. Build networks all around with Customers/ Suppliers/ Associates
