We are urgently hiring for Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM/GM Business Development for one of our Premium Luxury art and Crafts Client in Delhi.
Position: Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM/GM Business Development
Location: Delhi (Weekly 6 Days Working)
Salary: As per Company Norms
Experience: Minimum 7-20 Years (Preferably in the Retail Luxury/ Art & Design/ Premium Product/ Hospitality)/ Experience in handling HNI Or UHNI Client is Must.
Looking For:
- We are seeking multiple Business Development and Sales Profiles to continue and drive our sales initiatives across the country. The person should be result oriented with deep passion for Luxury. The role possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of the Luxury & design industry and its products and services, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury, Premium and high-end products, and experience in engaging with HNIs and UHNIs.
Skills & Job Requirements:
1. Experience in acquiring UHNI clients & generating sales in Luxury, Art & Design Industry. Good understanding of Luxury, Design, Art & Craft.
2. An ability to develop new sales opportunities through networking, relationship building, collaborations.
3. Experience in planning & executing High end events & Private Previews.
4. Understanding of Brand principles and ethos, including brand positioning, values differentiation, & competitive analysis.
5. Experience in B2C dealing with UHNI, international clients & Interior Designers.
6. Strong analytical skills to understand Client lifestyle & requirements and should be able to convenience clients to close deals.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Planning & execution to achieve Annual revenue target by generating enquiries & timely converting deals in order to achieve quarterly & yearly revenue target yet maintaining Brand positioning.
2. Drive end-to-end sales & maintain funnel, including lead generation, client presentations and deal closures. Actively prospect & generate a viable pipeline of opportunities through multiple channels.
3. Introduce, build and maintain strong long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with targeted interior designers, architects focused on High end residential projects.
4. Extensively meeting pre-vetted end clients identified through internal screening to ensure a high probability of conversion.
5. Engage Interior Designers & UHNI clients with in-person meetings, brand presentations & virtual tour/discussions for business development.
6. Educate clients by providing comprehensive presentations tailored to clients requirements in alignment with Brands ideology.
7. Engage the potential clients by planning and executing exclusive events and experiences for clients, such as private previews, dinners, personalized tours.
8. Strategize for acquisition of UHNI/ HNI clients and maintaining exceptional relationship with them by ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty to the Brand.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.
10. Travel extensively every month across India to meet potential and existing clients, IDA's etc.
11. Other duties and special projects as and when required and requested by the management as per the need of the organisation in alignment with the role.
