Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Lead to join our Human Resources team. The HR Lead will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function while focusing on areas other than recruitment and talent acquisition. This position requires a strong HR background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure the well-being and engagement of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
2. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by fostering effective communication and conflict resolution.
3. Oversee the performance management process, assisting in setting performance objectives, and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.
4. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
5. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to advise on compliance matters.
6. Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
7. Collaborate with finance and leadership to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
8. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, surveys, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
9. Promote a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
10. Create and distribute internal HR communications, including policy updates, benefits information, and relevant announcements.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2. Proven experience in HR roles with a strong emphasis on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
5. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
6. Proficiency in HR software and data management.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
