What You Bring to the Table:
1. MBA with Human Resources specialization or equivalent degree.
2. At least 4 years of experience in HR, post MBA, preferably in an HRBP role
3. Experience in talent acquisition and working with vendors to scout talent.
4. A passion for people and a knack for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent.
5. A sense of humor and resilience that can handle the ups and downs of startup life.
6. The ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball (or your coffee).
7. A love for all things learning and a desire to be part of something big.
8. Experience in implementing HR systems & tools
9. Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information and situations
