The Talent Acquisition (TA) Leader at Masters' Union and TETR is a high-impact, target-driven role responsible for hiring top-tier talent, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring that the TA function operates efficiently. The role requires hands-on involvement in Individual Contribution (IC) hiring for leadership positions, stakeholder management, recruitment process automation, ATS implementation, and managing recruitment teams across Gurgaon and Jalandhar. The TA function operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is expected to close positions within tight deadlines.
The candidate must understand that while we are still in our early years, we have a very strong foundation and are looking for individuals who have experience in building world-class teams. This role demands professionals who are willing to put in the hard work and commitment required to establish an exceptional recruitment function.
What you will do:
1. Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Engage and coordinate with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient hiring.
- Conduct weekly and daily meetings with hiring teams to track progress, address bottlenecks, and strategize on hiring needs.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles.
- Develop target-based hiring strategies to ensure optimal talent acquisition within defined timelines.
- Ensure high-quality candidate pipelines for critical roles in business and central divisions.
- Create structured interview processes, including competency-based assessments and case evaluations.
- Drive offer negotiations and pre-onboarding engagement to prevent drop-offs.
3. Process & Automation:
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless hiring.
- Evaluate, onboard, and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to improve efficiency.
- Automate recruitment workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting to enhance productivity.
4. Team Management & Coordination:
- Oversee and manage TA teams in both Gurgaon and Jalandhar.
- Train, mentor, and upskill the recruitment team to enhance their sourcing and hiring capabilities.
- Ensure recruiters meet their weekly and monthly hiring targets.
5. Agile Hiring & Execution:
- Operate within challenging timelines with agility and precision.
- Develop contingency plans and proactive talent pipelines to prevent last-minute hiring bottlenecks.
- Ensure efficient and timely hiring without compromising on candidate quality.
Who we're looking for:
- 7-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, post-MBA, preferably in high-growth organizations.
- 4-5 years of team handling experience
- Strong experience in leadership hiring and end-to-end recruitment management.
- Proficiency in ATS implementation and recruitment automation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to work under evolving priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in recruitment metrics and process optimization.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Prior experience managing recruitment teams across multiple locations is a plus.
