EnterWorks PIM Developer/Business Analyst (5-7 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterworks PIM Certified Developer/Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be a key player in the successful implementation of Product Information Management (PIM) solutions for our clients using the Precisely Enterworks platform.

You will work closely with project managers, solution architects, and clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

- Analyze business processes and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Document requirements clearly and concisely using industry-standard methodologies.

- Design and implement PIM solutions using the Enterworks platform, adhering to best practices in data modeling, workflow design, and data governance.

- Configure and customize Enterworks PIM to meet specific client requirements, including data mapping, workflow rules, and user interfaces.

- Develop and maintain data quality rules and validation processes.

- Plan and execute data migration projects from various sources into the Enterworks PIM system.

- Integrate Enterworks PIM with other enterprise systems (e.g, ERP, e-commerce platforms) using APIs and other integration methods.

- Conduct thorough testing of PIM solutions to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and user satisfaction.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or concerns raised by clients.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, solution architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and risk management activities.

- Ensure timely and successful project delivery within budget and scope.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements documents, design specifications, and user manuals.

Requirements :

- Provide training and support to clients on the use of the Enterworks PIM system.

- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.

- Strong expertise in the Precisely Enterworks PIM/MDM platform, including hands-on experience with at least one client implementation.

- Excellent understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.

- Strong understanding of data modeling principles, including entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs).

- Experience with workflow modeling, taxonomy development, and data hierarchy design.

- Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript and Velocity Template Language.

- Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an Agile environment.

- Masters degree preferred
