Cloud Engineer - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cloud Engineer with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud infrastructure aligns with business objectives and meets the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable infrastructure solutions using Terraform Cloud.

- Manage and maintain existing Terraform codebase, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Implement and enforce security best practices within the IaC framework.

- Deep understanding of OCI services, including but not limited to: [List 2 or more specific OCI services e.g, Compute, Networking, Storage, Database].

- Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is a plus.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g, development, operations, security) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and management processes.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.

- Utilize scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, and Bash for automation tasks.

- Contribute to the successful delivery of cloud-based projects within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform Cloud.

- In-depth knowledge of OCI services (at least 2 from the list provided).

- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, and Bash.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
