Senior Tableau Developer - Data Visualization (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our team on a contract basis.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering impactful data visualizations and insights to our clients.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards that provide valuable business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex data models for Tableau dashboards.

- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.

- Develop and maintain high-quality, interactive dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Server.

- Utilize advanced Tableau features such as calculated fields, parameters, and dashboards actions to create dynamic and insightful visualizations.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within Tableau dashboards.

- Work closely with data engineers to understand and leverage data warehousing and ETL processes.

- Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes for efficient dashboard performance.

- Diagnose and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Troubleshoot technical challenges related to data connectivity, dashboard functionality, and data visualization performance.

- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business users.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of professional experience in data analysis and visualization.

- Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Server.

- Expertise in data modeling, data cleaning, and data transformation techniques.

- In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
