Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Lead - Implementation & Configuration (7-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of Oracle HCM consultants in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll).

- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions by translating business needs into functional configurations and customizations.

- Develop and implement effective HCM strategies and best practices to optimize HR processes.

- Conduct gap analysis, design solutions, and develop test plans to ensure successful HCM deployments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT) to ensure seamless integration of HCM with existing systems.

- Provide ongoing support to end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities and troubleshoot any technical issues.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Oracle HCM Cloud and industry best practices.

- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge transfer and future reference.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and configuration.

- Proven experience leading and managing Oracle HCM projects.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll) and their functionalities.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.

- Proven experience in cloud-based HCM deployments is a plus.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with Oracle HCM Reporting and Analytics (OHR/OLA).

- Experience with Oracle HCM APIs and integrations.

- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist, etc.) are a plus
