Job Description


Job Purpose:
The HR Head will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function for the company.

This includes developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives, managing talent acquisition and development, ensuring compliance with labour laws, fostering a positive employee relations environment, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for creating a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys business goals, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage the companys compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards. Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data.

  • Performance Management: Implement and manage the companys performance management system, providing guidance and training to managers and employees.

  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislation.

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including HRIS management, payroll processing, and employee records.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR budget.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.



    Requirements

    Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Candidate should preferably have 8 to 15 years of experience in Corporate HR, Manufacturing domain
