Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys business goals, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.

Compensation & Benefits: Manage the companys compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards. Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data.

Performance Management: Implement and manage the companys performance management system, providing guidance and training to managers and employees.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislation.

Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including HRIS management, payroll processing, and employee records.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR budget.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
