Support and participate in the review of processes and policies to ensure they align with efficiency and compliance standards.
Support and participate in external audits to verify regulatory compliance and assist with corrective actions when necessary.
Conduct internal process audits for projects and teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Investigate non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve and mitigate future occurrences.
Analyze project data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for quality improvement and Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality assurance activities, findings, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Act as a consultant to project teams, providing advice on process improvements and quality assurance and information security best practices.
Compile and present data for task force meetings, contributing insights and recommendations at relevant levels.
Must have 3 to 8 years of experience
Knowledge of standards like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CMMI and PCI-DSS is preferred.
Must have faced or facilitated customer or external audits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
