Provide Pre-Sales Technical Solutions / Consultancy for companys Customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to help in the retention of customers.
Facilitate acceptance of RFPs and/or proposals submitted by effectively communicating the strengths of the solutions to customers.
Work jointly with Sales/Business Development Managers to provide technical pre-sales support to meet the requirements of Global customers and work with Global System Integrators to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Develop resilient and cost effective solutions in order to win proposals or bids and maintain high quality documentation for all proposals won.
Plan and develop together with supporting Project Manager in HQ on local loop and 2 nd to 3 rd country project implementation schedule with local and overseas telco vendors. Monitor and track project timelines for ordering, provisioning, testing and circuit acceptance activities.
Proactively engage the customers primarily for all in-country and GAM (Global Account Mgmt) Pre-sales technical matters.
Requirements
Strong knowledge in data and voice networking, including TCP/IP, ATM, Frame Relay, ISDN, and/or TDM leased circuits.
Excellent customer handling skills and excellent presentation skills.
Ability to write well and prepare comprehensive technical proposals.
Strong team player, working effectively with customers, sales teams, project managers, operations support, partners, suppliers and/or regulatory authorities.
Ability to lead network design projects.
Experience in Pre-Sales Technical Support/Consultancy and certifications in CCNA, CCNP, CCIE is a plus.
