Java Project Manager

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Monitor project performance against established KPIs and report on project status to stakeholders.
  
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  
• Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure that projects meet defined quality standards.
  
• Lead and mentor junior project managers.

Requirements

• Must have 13+ years of experience in lending domain along with JAVA experience, Project manager.
  
• Proven experience managing Java-based projects using Agile methodologies (eg, Scrum, Kanban).
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  
• Experience with project management tools (eg, Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
  
• Experience with Agile project management frameworks (eg, Scrum, Kanban). PMP or PgMP certification (preferred).
  
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Java programming concepts and technologies. Familiarity with common Java frameworks (eg, Spring, Hibernate).Knowledge of relational databases (eg, MySQL, Oracle).
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
