Responsibilities

Developing project scopes and objectives as per RFP
Ensure efficient Agile method to develop and track project eco-system
Experience in handling critical and logical thinking for abrupt shifts in project development
Solid Experience of .Net Framework, Oracle, Orchestrations
Solid Experience in Logic oriented programming and structural system building
Preferable experience in guiding legacy data migration systems
Experience in planning application life cycle for old and new software systems
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Communicate client, third parties and vendors to ensure smooth success of project
Critical thinking of Excise and Finance and provide adequate knowledge to team for building system
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements and skills

Sound knowledge of Excise and Finance Domain
Experience of .Net core and Oracle integrated system development
Considerable awareness of EXCISE policy and governance
Solid experience of handling Government Projects
Strong hands on experience in one of the Project Management tool such as JIRA/Microsoft
Project/Trello/Asana/ClickUP

Sound Experience of managing project in coordination with Various government bodies
A fulltime academic in the fields of computer science or engineering from reputed university
Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development and web
technologies involving complex database systems

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong experience
PMP / PRINCE II certification is must
