Job Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead with a strong technical background in web and mobile applications development to join our team. This role requires a blend of development expertise , project management skills , and the ability to drive projects to successful completion .

Job responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple web and mobile application projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Utilize your technical experience to guide development teams in implementing best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, and solving complex technical challenges.
Oversee and facilitate Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to ensure effective project execution and team collaboration.
Manage and track project progress using Jira, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and issue resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, understanding of requirements, and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Take complete ownership of project deliverables, ensuring quality and completeness from conception to deployment
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and outcomes.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Requirements - Job Qualifications

4+ years of experience in project management with a solid technical background in web and mobile applications development.
Must have development experience in web and mobile applications. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies (Scrum), and project management tools like Jira.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.
Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver projects that exceed expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
