Technical Expertise
Understand software development processes. Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with technical solutions. Ensure clarity between technical teams and clients. Analyze requirements, prepare and review wireframes.
Estimation and Budget Management
Accurately estimate project timelines and resources. Manage project budgets to ensure financial goals are met. Identify and manage project risks.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor SharePoint developers and administrators. Allocate resources, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Risk Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
Delivery and Quality Assurance
Ensure timely project delivery, meeting scope and quality standards. Verify project deliverables against user requirements.
Documentation
Maintain detailed project documentation including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals. Prepare project reports and presentations as necessary.
Skills Must Have
8-10 years of experience in software development projects with at least 4-5 years in team leading and/or project management.
Technology skillset - .Net/React/SharePoint based web Applications. Proficient knowledge of relational databases.
Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Experience in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project etc.
Domain knowledge of environmental and safety domains.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management (optional) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Certifications
PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM Master or similar project management certification is preferred. (Nice to have)
