Job Description

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize various sourcing channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role.
Conduct effective interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits packages.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidate must have hands on experience in Non-Tech hiring, Stakeholder management; Data Management; Strategic Planning.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Data-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
