Job Description

Lead the team supporting companys external Integration Landscape, applications including: Sterling B2B Integrator and Lightwell/Eliassen Framework, IBM APIC, Sterling Secure Proxy Authentication Server and IBM MQ.
Manage technical and non-technical areas for the team based (APAC, India).
Hire, train, and run the team on day-to-day basis.
Manage the shift roosters and work assignments.
Manage SLAand KPI set by companys global IT.
Participate in strategizing future roadmap for respective areas.
Contribute to automation and optimization of current process.
Requirements
- 8 years of IT experience, with minimum 1 year in a leadership role.
- Experience in leading a team for at least a year.
- Reporting skills including excel and presentations.
- Jira Confluence expertise
- Fairly important to have Experience in EDI area and Technical knowledge on any middleware tools.
- Good to have knowledge of Sterling Integrator.
