Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IBM Sterling Integrator Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Sterling Supply Chain Business Network (SCBN), also known as IBM Sterling Integrator in the IBM Cloud, and possess extensive hands-on experience in EDI mapping, communication protocols, partner onboarding, and production support.

This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities :

- Development and Implementation : Design, develop, and implement EDI mappings (EDI-EDI, EDI-IDOC, EDI-XML and vice versa) within the IBM SCBN environment.

- Communication Setup : Configure and manage communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, and VAN within IBM Sterling Integrator.

- Partner Onboarding : Lead and execute partner onboarding processes, including setting up communication profiles, configuring EDI standards, and managing testing.

- EDI Codelists : Manage and maintain EDI code lists and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Production Support : Provide ongoing support for production and non-production environments, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing fixes.

- Incident Management : Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management, tracking, and resolution. Work closely with application teams to address and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with partners, application support teams, and other stakeholders to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth operation of the integration platform.

- Deployment & Migration : Participate in the deployment and migration of code and configurations to production and non-production environments.

- Troubleshooting : Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation related to integrations, configurations, and support processes.

Required Skills :

- IBM Sterling Integrator (SCBN) : 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Supply Chain Business Network (IBM Sterling Integrator in IBM Cloud).

- EDI Mapping : Proficient in creating and maintaining EDI maps (EDI-EDI, EDI-IDOC, EDI-XML).

- Communication Protocols : Strong understanding and experience with AS2, SFTP, and VAN.

- Partner Onboarding : Experience in managing the entire partner onboarding lifecycle.

- EDI Codelists : Knowledge of EDI code lists and standards.

- ServiceNow : Experience using ServiceNow for incident management.

- Troubleshooting : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for production issue resolution.

- Cloud Skills : Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other integration platforms.

- Knowledge of various EDI standards (i.e., ANSI X12, EDIFACT).

- Scripting skills (i.e., Java, JavaScript).

- Experience with API integrations
