Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Private Equity Professional with a background in Compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a business and strategic mindset and a proven track record of deploying Investment strategies that have directly resulted in increased revenue and Profit growth. This person will play a critical role in navigating the complexities associated with the Compliance-related activities
of domestic and international investment initiatives.
Experience - 15-20 Years
Key Responsibilities
- MA / Growth related activities : Various MA related activities for Investment Office in India and abroad including current Investments. Involvement in several other new initiatives such as Live Museum project, real estate opportunities etc. New contracts /LOI / NDA / Amendments to existing arrangements - Clients and Vendors with emphasis on risk mitigation.
- Other Investment Office related activities including Fund-Raising : Treasury management at Investment Office level and Execution management for brand related activities. Coordinating affairs of overseas entities including finalization of accounts, Contributed to various other activities as per requirement on time.
- Audit and Income Tax : Consolidation and Finalization of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and ITR of Investment Office entities. Income Tax Assessments for all InvestmentOffice entities. Other compliances on Taxation - Advance Tax, TDS Payment, Returns and Certificates. GST Payment and GST Returns of all entities.
- compliances : FEMA compliances w.r.t. foreign investments. Filing of various returns and forms in time.
RequirementsRequired Competencies
- Bachelordegree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or Related
filed and CA with 15 years work experience in MA (Pre and Post), Audit and
Compliance and International law. Experience of working in Family Investment
Office would be an add on advantage.
- Deep understanding of financial modelling, valuation techniques and due
diligence process.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive network within private equity and investment community.
