Job Description

Job brief
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships, implementing new programs that will increase your businessrevenue potential and minimize churn rates.

A Customer Success Managerresponsibilities include supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, building close relationships that often last beyond any one project or job-order lasting process ownership with the business itself.


Experience : 7 - 12 Years

Responsibilities
  • Establish clear client retention goals
  • Sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Owning account retention ownership of accounts by driving customer relationships that build advocacy in the form of direct revenue growth (i.e., product penetration, user growth, issue resolution, software renewals, NPS, etc.)
  • Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
  • Promote the value of the product
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
  • Work closely with the Management initiating and implementing policies and procedures to help customer experience and ease-out operational challenges among inter-departmental stakeholders.


    Requirements
    Requirements and skills
    • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
    • Should be technical sound with complete knowledge of Installation Commissioning
    • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
    • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
    • Should have experience in Robotics or Industrial Automation
    • Accountability and personal organization are essential
    • Experience in Customer engagement and Customer satisfaction
    • Process oriented, identify process gap and take prevented action
