Job Summary:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're expanding our team and looking for skilled Customer Service professionals to join us in Gurgaon for US shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support customer engagements with a focus on delivering high-quality service
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions for issues related to Wireless, Networking, Cloud, and Customer Success tools
• Good Experience needed in ILL (Internet Leased Line), GVPN, NDE, CISCO WebEx, MS Teams, Managed hosting Services, MVOIP, GSIP
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly

Experience Requirements:

• 2-4 years of recent experience in Customer Success, focusing on high-touch engagements
• Must have experience managing customers for products related to Wireless, Networking, Cloud, and Customer Success tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively
