Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
Strong understanding of the Chennai market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
