Senior IT Specialist /IT Specialist-Platform and Application

Maintain companys external Integration Landscape, applications including;

• Sterling B2B Integrator and Lightwell/Eliassen Framework
  
• IBM APIC
  
• Sterling Secure Proxy & Authentication Server
  
• IBM MQ
  
• Support the operations on above systems, both from a platform and application perspective.
  
• Administration activities on servers including upgrades, patch installations and DR tests.
  
• Maintain application health on day-to-day basis, with routine health checks, and monitoring programs including Jarvis and Elastic search.
  
• Resolve incidents created by customers on ITSM tool Service now, prioritizing production cases.
  
• Onboard new customers on EDI and API.
  
• Trouble shoot issues in EDI/API integration flows.
  
• Engage on priority incidents that are business critical and continue RCA via problem management process.
  
• Deployments of codes and configurations into production both using legacy and Devops methodologies.
  
• Engage in EDI/API modernisation migrations from on premise to containers and K8s on cloud.
