Basic Job Functions:
- Responsible for identifying and developing prospective customers and make our Engineering Solutions Sellable.
- Identify and qualify potential customers to target and build business opportunities by understanding the market (competitive landscape, customer knowledge and customers mapping).
- Actively participate in relevant trade shows and events where target (direct) customers can be assessed and approached.
- Provide accurate and reliable regular forecast of business opportunities and business development activities as a tool to refine the right market strategies.
- Acts as a strong key account manager and help set the delivery team to deliver the solutions
- Works closely with the management and marketing/sales teams to ensure product offerings are matching the market needs.
- Generate leads and ensure lead management and prioritization, together with the marketing team.
- Ready to travel across the country to meet the customers.
- Enhanced organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Develop and oversaw marketing functions to identify key marketing strategies for successful new customer acquisition and growth.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to global and regional teams on the market, industry, and competitors developments.
Desired Profile:
- Possess strong cognitive abilities, the ability to learn and adapt quickly and are able to lead complex sales processes with high level technical discussions and requirements.
- Have a good understanding of Construction Industry specifically in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Structural Buildings and pertaining softwares like MBS, Autodesk, STAAD Pro and Tekla 3D modeling. Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong business acumen, possess excellent communication and presentation skills and an ability to forecast efficiently and accurately.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven and highly motivated by detecting and building business who can work with a high degree of independence and autonomy.
Education & Experience:
Graduate in Civil / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering.
10-15 Years of experience in Engineering Services Industry preferably in Metallic Buildings
