Director - Export - FMCG (15-25 yrs)

1. Excellent Knowledge of everything that is needed to manage an entire export team. He/She who knows the work can only monitor and make the team deliver.

2. Minimum 15+ Years of Experience in specifically export of Vannamei (White Legs) Shrimp to Primarily USA, CANADA, JAPAN followed with EU & UAE

3. Must have direct relationship with Buyers in USA, CANADA, JAPAN followed by EU & UAE

4. Must have travelled to USA at least 4-5 Times for Boston Seafood Fair, Barcelona Sea Food Expo and attended Brussels Seafood Fair in EU.

5. Must have excellent Relationship and Network with Container Agents in Vizag, Kakinada and Kolkata.

6. Must have good relationship with Top Management in MPEDA and EIA

7. Must have Handled 500+ Container Exports in a Year for at least 5 Years in the recent times

8. Excellent Negotiation Skills

9. Bachelors or Master's in Marine Biology is preferred.

10. MBA in International Business is preferred.

11. Good Knowledge of Quality, Processing and Pricing of International Market (Sea Food)
