Required Qualifications.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in a media agency.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and managing accounts.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and media planning functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and utilize market insights for strategic planning.
- Experience leading and mentoring a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and business intelligence tools.
