Job Description:
Strategic Planning and Business Development:
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth within the facility management sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in target markets (commercial, healthcare, education, retail).
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Client acquisition and relationship building:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, facility directors, and corporate clients.
- Lead the acquisition of high-value clients, including commercial properties, hospitals, educational institutions, and more.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client negotiations, ensuring that client expectations align with company capabilities.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop sales forecasts, set revenue targets, and achieve consistent growth in the facility management portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create campaigns and strategies aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding existing contracts.
- Design proposals, presentations, and service offerings tailored to client requirements and industry standards.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, establishing terms that meet both client needs and company goals.
- Manage contract renewals and expansions, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Use insights from market research to inform business development strategies and improve service offerings.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, market conditions, and revenue performance.
Cross-functional collaboration:
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and human resources to ensure that proposed solutions can be delivered effectively.
- Work with marketing to develop promotional materials, case studies, and other assets to support sales efforts.
- Participate in internal discussions to develop new service lines or enhance existing offerings based on client feedback.
