BDR Manager - SaaS | North America
The role will be based out of Bangalore

About Our Client: Our client is a leading product organisation in the Cloud Ops domain. This is a technically complex product and they are one of the key players globally in this domain.
Job Description:
- Lead and coach a team of BDRs across North America and Europe
- Own the quarterly outbound BD SQL target
- Understand our client's value propositions and guide individual BDRs to articulate it clearly to the target audience
- Develop monthly/quarterly account plans for individual BDRs and manage execution of outreach campaigns
- Establish an operating cadence and reporting for day-to-day execution
- Continuously drive improvements in areas which are key drivers of outbound productivity
- Optimize and enhance productivity per rep
- Forecast and manage pipeline of the BD team
- Have expert knowledge of product features, benefits, value propositions
- Understand the competitive landscape
The Successful Applicant:
- 5-7 years of prior experience in business development at an enterprise SaaS company with at least 2 years of team management experience
- Excellent grasp of outbound prospecting with an emphasis on cold calling
- Excellent grasp of data and funnels
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to manage people and extract their full potential
- Proven team management, organizational and analytical skills
- Strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
- Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast growing company
