Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and opportunities through cold calls, and networking.
• Sales Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiations: Convince the customer and negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Reporting: Track and report on sales performance and lead status to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
