Recovery & Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Applicant should be responsible for managing Recovery/ Collection/ Repayments approach from clients.
• Should be responsible for taking soft calls and hard calls.
• Handling customer issues/escalations (if any) and review collection feedback on regular basis
• Managing a team of recovery/collection agents and supporting team members by fixing productivity parameters and monitor team performance on basis of pre defined parameters.
• Daily review of cases with the team and assign work on the basis of disposition records.
• Responsible for serving summons, initiating and monitoring legal aspect, regular

follow-up with advocates and timely visits to court.

• Regular check on non-performing and unsatisfactory accounts in order to reduce loss.
• Analysing the PTP generation Vs conversion/contractibility % against the allocation.
• Regular field visit along with field agents, whenever required - Basis on disposition.
• Maintain data and prepare MIS report of collection and default accounts.
• Liaison with enforcement agencies like local police for filing complaints/FIR against fraudulent customers.
• Should take initiatives for projects by introducing new technology and process for recovery tasks and develop policies, procedures and guidelines governing recovery activity.
