Loan Recovery Officer

Job description

We are a dynamic Prop-Tech firm based in Noida, seeking a Recovery Officer to handle legal affairs related to the registration of conveyance deeds. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate documentation, managing collections, and resolving customer issues throughout the registration process.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers and sellers with the registry process, addressing any issues or ambiguities that arise between the parties.
• Monitor and manage grievances and escalations from involved parties.
• Provide timely, accurate, and satisfactory resolutions to all queries.
• Offer legal assistance to clients as needed during the registry process.
• Collect AMF payments from buyers promptly upon completion of the registration process.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven background in a Recovery Department; experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective handling of customer inquiries and concerns.
• Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
